Welke gegevens ontvang ik?<\/h2>\n<p>Afhankelijk van uw contact en opdracht kan ik de volgende gegevens verwerken:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>naam en contactgegevens, zoals telefoonnummer en e-mailadres;<\/li>\n<li>woonadres, factuuradres en adres van de projectlocatie;<\/li>\n<li>informatie over uw woning, bedrijfsruimte, VvE of schilderproject;<\/li>\n<li>foto\u2019s, tekeningen en documenten die u zelf meestuurt;<\/li>\n<li>offertes, afspraken, overeenkomsten, facturen en betaalgegevens;<\/li>\n<li>berichten via het formulier, e-mail, telefoon of WhatsApp;<\/li>\n<li>technische gegevens, zoals IP-adres, browsertype en noodzakelijke cookiegegevens, voor zover de website die verwerkt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>3. Waarom gebruik ik deze gegevens?<\/h2>\n<p>Ik gebruik persoonsgegevens om:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>uw vraag of offerteaanvraag te beantwoorden;<\/li>\n<li>een afspraak, opname en offerte voor te bereiden;<\/li>\n<li>de afgesproken werkzaamheden uit te voeren en contact over de planning te onderhouden;<\/li>\n<li>facturen te versturen en de administratie bij te houden;<\/li>\n<li>garantie, nazorg, klachten of een geschil af te handelen;<\/li>\n<li>de website veilig, betrouwbaar en gebruiksvriendelijk te houden;<\/li>\n<li>aan wettelijke verplichtingen te voldoen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>De verwerkingen zijn gebaseerd op het voorbereiden of uitvoeren van een overeenkomst, een wettelijke verplichting, een gerechtvaardigd bedrijfsbelang of\u2014wanneer dat vereist is\u2014uw toestemming.<\/p>\n<h2>4. Foto\u2019s van projecten<\/h2>\n<p>Foto\u2019s die u voor een offerte of beoordeling meestuurt, gebruik ik alleen voor het beoordelen en uitvoeren van uw project. Foto\u2019s waarop personen, kentekens, huisnummers of andere herkenbare persoonsgegevens staan, publiceer ik niet voor promotie zonder passende toestemming. Projectfoto\u2019s op de website worden zo zorgvuldig mogelijk geselecteerd.<\/p>\n<h2>5. Met wie worden gegevens gedeeld?<\/h2>\n<p>Ik verkoop uw persoonsgegevens niet. Gegevens worden alleen gedeeld wanneer dat nodig is met dienstverleners zoals de website- en hostingbeheerder, e-mail- en formulierdienst, boekhouder, IT-ondersteuning en vertrouwde vakmensen die bij een opdracht betrokken zijn. Met partijen die namens mij gegevens verwerken worden waar nodig afspraken gemaakt over beveiliging en vertrouwelijkheid.<\/p>\n<p>Wanneer u zelf WhatsApp, Google Maps, Facebook of Instagram gebruikt via een link op deze website, verwerken die aanbieders mogelijk gegevens volgens hun eigen privacyvoorwaarden. Sommige van deze partijen kunnen gegevens buiten de Europese Economische Ruimte verwerken. Zij moeten daarvoor passende wettelijke waarborgen gebruiken.<\/p>\n<h2>6. Hoe lang bewaar ik gegevens?<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>offerteaanvragen die niet tot een opdracht leiden: in beginsel maximaal 12 maanden na het laatste contact;<\/li>\n<li>klant-, project-, factuur- en betaalgegevens: zolang nodig voor de opdracht en daarna doorgaans 7 jaar vanwege fiscale en administratieve verplichtingen;<\/li>\n<li>correspondentie en projectinformatie: zolang dat redelijkerwijs nodig is voor uitvoering, garantie, nazorg of een mogelijk geschil;<\/li>\n<li>technische beveiligings- en loggegevens: niet langer dan noodzakelijk, in beginsel maximaal 12 maanden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Als een wettelijke verplichting of lopend geschil een langere bewaartermijn vereist, kunnen gegevens langer worden bewaard.<\/p>\n<h2>7. Cookies en externe onderdelen<\/h2>\n<p>De website kan functionele cookies en beperkt analytische cookies gebruiken om goed en veilig te werken en om het gebruik op hoofdlijnen te begrijpen. Voor cookies of vergelijkbare technieken waarvoor toestemming vereist is, wordt vooraf toestemming gevraagd. U kunt uw keuze via de cookiemelding aanpassen of cookies in uw browser verwijderen. Project photographs<\/h2>\n<p>Photographs you send for a quotation or assessment are used only to assess and carry out your project. I do not publish photographs showing people, number plates, house numbers or other identifiable personal data for promotional purposes without appropriate permission. Project photographs on the website are selected with care.<\/p>\n<h2>5. Who receives your data?<\/h2>\n<p>I do not sell personal data. Information is shared only where necessary with providers such as the website and hosting administrator, email and form service, accountant, IT support and trusted tradespeople involved in a project. Where required, agreements are made with processors about security and confidentiality.<\/p>\n<p>If you choose to use WhatsApp, Google Maps, Facebook or Instagram through a link on this website, those providers may process data under their own privacy terms. Some providers may process information outside the European Economic Area and must use appropriate legal safeguards.<\/p>\n<h2>6. How long is information kept?<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>enquiries that do not become a project: generally no longer than 12 months after the last contact;<\/li>\n<li>customer, project, invoice and payment records: for the project and generally 7 years afterwards to meet tax and accounting obligations;<\/li>\n<li>correspondence and project information: as long as reasonably necessary for performance, guarantees, aftercare or a possible dispute;<\/li>\n<li>technical security and log data: no longer than necessary and generally no longer than 12 months.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Information may be kept longer where required by law or for an ongoing dispute.<\/p>\n<h2>7. Cookies and external services<\/h2>\n<p>The website may use functional and limited analytics cookies to operate securely and understand general use.
